“ I loved all food in this place. So good! I didn't like what happened when I paid and that's why I am giving it 2 stars. The review reflects my experience and how I felt. When I was paying for my takeout meal, one of the two girls working in the front was staring at the screen when it asked me to choose tip amount. Whatever her reason was for staring, it made me extremely uncomfortable. I should not have to be uncomfortable when deciding on how much tip I want to give. What the correct thing to do is a different topic but please do not do this to customers. I will try to eat there again and will only change my review when I see a change in behavior. Edit: It looks like the girls at the front are no longer working there so I have changed my review to 5 stars. ”

“ **This is a follow up to my original review which you can see below. We ordered from Kaffir again, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was done on time and it was absolutely delicious. I'm very happy we tried this place again, and I'm looking forward to eating there in the future . Original review: This is my first time ordering from this place, and it will be the last. Our order was placed at 615pm, and we were told it would take 40 minutes. I came in at 710 to pick up the food, and was told it would be another 15 minutes. There were 4 other people waiting on their orders, and all were told it would be another 15 minutes. I received my food at 750, 1 hour and 35 minutes after it the order was placed. The worse part of all this was there was no apology for the delay to any of the people who waited. Constant yelling could also be heard coming from the kitchen. This is the first review I've written about a business, and I sat in my car after receiving my food to write this. Aside from that whole debacle, the one positive is that the place was clean. I haven't eaten the food yet, but if I don't write a follow up to this, you can assume it was good. ”

“ Ordered last night from them, food was great. They made it so it wasn't spicy so my wife could also enjoy the food. Great prices and lots of food for the money. Eating the leftovers for lunch right now and it reheated perfectly. Give them a try and you will be hooked! ”

“ 1st Time Happy Customer!! Due to a few negative reviews, I was hesitant to go but took the risk anyhow. I'm glad we did because the food was great. I will say I wish my Shrimp Pad Thai take-out round aluminum tray was filled up way more than what it was with this yummy dish. Didn't take a star rating off because of this but hopefully when they see this review; they'll accommodate future customers. My husband's fried rice take-out rectangular tray was filled to the top with rice so he was happy about that. The sauce given with our dishes was flavorful. Although it doesn't look like it in the photo, the Crispy Fried Spring Rolls were small but they give you three of them so that's good. Inside of their business, they have a big fish tank with sting rays which was pretty cool to see. They have two tables should anyone want to sit & eat (photo in this review). I read in one of the reviews, upon paying, there is an option for a tip. Although we were there to pick up our food & go, you aren't obligated to leave a tip (it's an option). My husband still left a tip though. The young school girl who greeted us at the register was very kind. She answered any questions we had. Made her aware we came from Philadelphia & it was our 1st time there so we were looking forward to some great food. Before we left, the lady that handed our food was cool. She said she hopes we come again. I let her know I read their reviews prior to coming & that I will be writing a review of my own. She smiled & gave me the thumbs up. I took photos of our food & of the place to share in this review. We were content with our food & if my Hubby enjoyed it; that's a good thing. He said we will be returning. ”
